**LogoImpress is not a clipping platform.** Unlike clipping platforms where creators actively edit and redistribute other people's content, LogoImpress enables passive brand visibility. Creators add a logo watermark to content they're already making — it takes about 30 seconds — and earn on every video. No scripting, no editing, no dedicated brand content. Just a small overlay on videos creators were already going to publish.

## How It Works

### For Brands
1. Create a campaign — upload your logo, define your target audience or content niche, and set a monthly budget cap.
2. LogoImpress matches your campaign with relevant creators based on content category, audience reach, and historical performance.
3. Each video's views are tracked for a 30-day window from its publish date. View counts are pulled directly from official platform APIs.
4. Pay only for verified views delivered within each video's 30-day window. When your monthly budget cap is reached, no new videos are assigned — already-posted videos complete their 30-day windows.
5. Your logo remains visible in creators' videos permanently, even after the paid tracking window ends — ongoing brand exposure at no additional cost.

### For Creators
1. Sign up and connect your YouTube channel (Instagram support coming soon).
2. Browse available campaigns and accept the ones that fit your content.
3. Add the brand's logo or watermark as an overlay when you publish your next video — takes about 30 seconds using provided pre-sized PNG logos and CapCut templates.
4. Earn on every video for the first 30 days of verified views. Payouts processed to your bank account, UPI, or PayPal depending on your region.

## Why LogoImpress Exists

Traditional influencer marketing requires creators to produce dedicated brand content — expensive, time-intensive, and only accessible to creators with large followings. Logo placement is fundamentally different: creators add a small brand overlay to videos they were already going to publish. This unlocks monetization for the massive middle tier of creators who are underserved by traditional sponsorship models.

For brands, this model delivers persistent, organic, unskippable brand visibility at a fraction of traditional ad costs, with every view independently verified. Unlike interruptible ad units, a logo overlay lives natively in creator content.

## The 30-Day Per-Video Tracking Window

Every video has its own independent 30-day tracking window starting from its publish date. Brands pay for views delivered within this window. Creators are paid for those same views. Short-form videos have an extremely front-loaded view curve — over 95% of a typical Short's lifetime views occur within the first 48 hours. The 30-day window captures essentially all meaningful views while giving brands predictable costs and creators fair compensation.

If a video goes viral and continues generating views beyond Day 30, LogoImpress offers brands the option to extend tracking. If the brand declines, the continued exposure is free.

## Budget Cap Mechanics

Brands set a monthly budget cap for cost predictability:
- At 80% of budget: brand is notified with the option to increase.
- At 100% of budget: no new videos are assigned the brand's logo.
- Already-posted videos complete their 30-day windows (minimal overshoot due to front-loaded view curves).
- Next month: budget resets and the campaign continues if the brand renews.

## Built-In Compliance

LogoImpress builds regulatory-compliant disclosure directly into every logo overlay template. Every placement includes proper sponsored content disclosure by default — meeting FTC (US), ASCI (India), ASA (UK), and other regional advertising standards. Brands get peace of mind that every creator placement meets disclosure requirements without relying on individual creator compliance.

- **View Verification Engine:** Polls the YouTube Data API v3 at regular intervals to track view counts within each video's 30-day window. Provides auditable, API-sourced proof of delivery.
