This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all transactions conducted through LogoImpress ("we," "us," "our," or the "Platform"), operated by Ankur Shrivastava (Sole Proprietor). This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Nature of Services
LogoImpress provides a digital marketplace service connecting Brands with Creators for logo and watermark placement in short-form video content. Our services are performance-based, meaning Brands pay for verified views delivered by Creators.
2. Brand Refund Policy
2.1 Before Campaign Activation
If a Brand cancels a campaign before it has been activated (i.e., before any Creator has been assigned and no content has been published), the Brand is eligible for a full refund of the campaign deposit, minus any applicable payment gateway processing fees.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@logoimpress.com.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
2.2 After Campaign Activation
Once a campaign is activated and Creators have begun producing and publishing content:
- No full refund is available. The Brand has received the benefit of content distribution that cannot be reversed.
- Partial refund for undelivered views: If the campaign is cancelled before the contracted view count has been fully delivered, the Brand will receive a prorated refund:
- Refund calculation is based on verified view count at the time of cancellation via the YouTube Data API v3.
- Refunds for partially completed campaigns are processed within 14 business days.
2.3 Dispute Over View Counts
- Disputes must be raised within 7 days of receiving the campaign performance report.
- LogoImpress will provide raw API data (video IDs, timestamps, view counts) for the disputed period.
- If resolved in the Brand's favor, a proportional adjustment or refund will be issued within 14 business days.
- The Platform's verified view count from official API data is the final and authoritative metric.
2.4 Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Dissatisfaction with Creator content quality, style, or creative execution.
- Brand's products being found in violation of applicable laws after campaign launch.
- Failure to provide usable logo assets, campaign instructions, or timely approvals.
- Regulatory actions against the Brand forcing campaign suspension.
- Voluntary campaign pauses requested by the Brand.
3. Creator Payout Policy
3.1 Payout Schedule
- Payouts are calculated based on verified views during active campaigns.
- Minimum payout threshold: $10 (USD).
- Payouts are made via UPI, bank transfer, or PayPal.
3.2 Payout Withholding
LogoImpress reserves the right to withhold, delay, or reverse payouts in the following situations:
- Fraudulent views: Views generated through bots, click farms, view exchanges, or artificial means.
- Policy violations: Violation of the Terms of Service.
- Content removal: Removing branded content before the campaign period ends without authorization.
- Investigation period: Payouts under fraud investigation may be withheld for up to 30 days.
3.3 Recovery of Overpayments
If a payout was based on inflated or fraudulent view counts, LogoImpress reserves the right to deduct the overpayment from future payouts, request a refund from the Creator, or suspend/terminate the Creator's account.
4. Subscription and Platform Fee Refunds
LogoImpress currently operates on a CPM spread model and does not charge separate subscription fees. If premium features or subscription tiers are introduced in the future, applicable refund terms will be published at that time.
5. Payment Gateway Fees
Refunds are processed through the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, or PayPal). Payment processing fees, where applicable, are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund amount.
6. How to Request a Refund
- Email hello@logoimpress.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Campaign ID / Transaction ID]."
- Include your registered email address, the campaign or transaction ID, the amount in question, and a brief description of the reason.
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and provide a resolution within 7 business days.
7. Taxes on Refunds
- Refunds will be adjusted for any taxes (GST) collected on the original transaction. Tax refund timelines may differ from payment refund timelines due to regulatory requirements.
- If TDS has already been deducted and remitted on a Creator payout that is subsequently reversed, the TDS adjustment will be handled as per the Income Tax Act, 1961.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
