Invite program
Get paid
when they
go live.
Share your code with creators and brands you actually believe in. Creators skip the wait. Brands are the bigger check. Empty signups pay nothing.
Three steps
How it works
- 01
Share your code or link
Every creator account has an invite code on the dashboard. Send the creator link to people who already post. Send the brand link to founders you actually know.
- 02
They get reviewed
Nobody is auto-activated. Creators with real monthly views skip the waitlist queue and go straight to review. Brands still get a campaign review before anything goes live.
- 03
You earn when they go live
A creator payout or a billed brand campaign is what pays you. Signups, ghost accounts, and people who never run a placement do not.
Payouts
What you earn
Creators
10% of their payouts
For 90 days after their first approved placement. They skip the wait if they already get views. You are paid for quality, not volume.
Brands
10% of our take
On campaigns they bill, for 90 days after the first billed campaign. Take is the spread between what the brand paid and what the creator earned. This is usually the bigger check.
Your rate
Up to 1.10x on you
3 creators who go live unlock 1.05x on your payouts. 10 unlock 1.10x, the cap. If your network goes quiet for 60 days, the bonus decays back to 1.00x.
| Trigger | You get | Window |
|---|---|---|
| Referred creator's first approved placement | 10% of their payouts | 90 days |
| Referred brand's first billed campaign | 10% of our take | 90 days |
| 3 / 10 creators go live | 1.05x / 1.10x on your rate | Decays after 60 quiet days |

What that looks like
Creator you bring
They earn $500 in 90 days → you get $50
Clock starts on their first approved placement, not on signup. If they never run a placement, you get nothing.
Brand you bring
Our take is $4,000 in 90 days → you get $400
Take is brand billed minus creator paid. You get 10% of that spread, not 10% of the brand's full spend.
Your own placements
3 live creators → 1.05x · 10 → 1.10x
This multiplies your payouts, not theirs. It decays to 1.00x if nobody in your network has earned in 60 days.
Quality over volume
Who to invite
Creators whose work you would actually watch, and founders you would actually introduce. Random DMs, fake channels, and people who never post do not pay you — and they slow the waitlist for everyone else.
Your creator link and brand link are different on purpose. Send the creator link to people who already post short-form. Send the brand link to founders you know. The same invite code sits on both.
The rules
Built so we do not burn money
- One level only. You earn on people you invite, not on people they invite.
- No signup bounties. No follower-count floor. Views and approved placements are the quality bar.
- First click on your link wins for 90 days. A later visit without your code does not steal credit.
- Shares sit as pending until you are an active creator, then they pay out with your regular earnings.
- Combined creator payout, your share, and any rate bonus never drop our take below 50% on that payout.
- Fraud, self-invites, and inflated views can be withheld or clawed back. Same rules as creator payouts.

Common questions
You ask.
We answer.
Any creator with a LogoImpress account and an invite code. You can share while you are still on the waitlist. Cash only moves once you are active and we have recorded a real payout.
Two loops. Creators you refer: 10% of their payouts for 90 days after their first approved placement. Brands you refer: 10% of LogoImpress's take on campaigns they bill, for 90 days after that brand's first billed campaign. Brand invites are usually the bigger check.
For a creator, on the day their first campaign placement is approved — not on signup. For a brand, on the day we record their first billed campaign. Signups that never go live earn nothing.
No. Empty signups, fake accounts, and people who never run a placement do not pay you. That is on purpose. It keeps the network high quality and it means we are not burning cash on junk.
It multiplies your own payouts, not the people you referred. 3 creators who go live unlock 1.05x. 10 unlock 1.10x, which is the cap. If nobody in your network has earned in 60 days, it decays back to 1.00x.
Take is the spread between what the brand billed and what the creator was paid. You get 10% of that spread for 90 days, not 10% of the brand's full spend. Combined creator payout, your share, and any rate bonus never drop LogoImpress below a 50% take on that payout.
If they already have meaningful monthly views (not "Under 10K"), we review them ahead of the regular queue. That is not a skip of quality review and not a follower minimum. Weak or brand-new channels still wait in line.
You can share immediately. Any shares you earn sit as pending until your account is active. Once we activate you, pending amounts become owed and pay out with your regular creator earnings.
No. One level only. You earn on people you invite, not on people they invite.
Your invite link carries a ref code. The first time someone lands with it, we remember it for 90 days. A later visit without your code does not steal credit. They still have to sign up through LogoImpress and actually go live.
If they first arrived on your link, that first touch is kept for 90 days. After that window, a signup without your code is not yours.
The same way as your creator earnings — UPI, bank transfer, or PayPal — after we record a real payout. Shares sit as pending until you are an active creator, then they become owed and pay out with your regular earnings.
Invite codes live on creator accounts. A brand-only signup does not get a code. If you have both, use your creator dashboard.
Creators whose work you would actually watch, and founders you would actually introduce. Volume does not pay. Empty signups, fake channels, and people who never run a placement earn you nothing.
Same email, same account, or obvious duplicates do not count. We can withhold, delay, or reverse shares if a referred account is later rejected or found to be inflating views. The same fraud rules that apply to creator payouts apply here.
No. Campaign matching still uses niche, geography, and quality. Having a live referral network is only a tie-breaker among creators who already fit.
